Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, we need to process and prepare it for shipment. The processing time depends on the type of products ordered and our current order volume:
- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak times (holidays, special promotions), processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
- Customized products may require additional processing time of 3-5 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Same Day Delivery: Available in select areas for orders placed before 11 AM local time (limitations apply)
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-14 business days
- Express International: 3-7 business days
The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package:
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $50, FREE for orders over $50
- Express Shipping: $9.99 for orders under $100, $5.99 for orders over $100
- Priority Shipping: $14.99 flat rate
- Same Day Delivery: $19.99 (where available, within eligible zip codes)
International Shipping
International shipping rates vary by country and are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination:
- Standard International: Starting at $15.99
- Express International: Starting at $29.99
The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $50. Free shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping within the United States and do not apply to expedited or international shipping options. Certain oversized or heavyweight items may incur additional shipping charges regardless of order total.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Factors that may affect delivery times include:
- Order processing time
- Shipping method selected
- Destination address
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
During peak seasons (such as holidays), delivery times may be longer than usual due to high shipping volume. We recommend placing your orders early during these periods.
Delivery Days
Deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday. Some carriers may deliver on Saturdays, but this varies by location and carrier policy. Sunday deliveries are generally not available except for certain carriers and services in select areas.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. When placing an international order, please be aware of the following:
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential additional costs before placing your order.
Customs Processing
International packages may experience delays due to customs processing. The time a package spends in customs varies by country and can range from a few days to several weeks. We have no control over this process and cannot expedite it.
Import Restrictions
Some countries have restrictions on certain types of products that can be imported. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their order complies with all import regulations of their country. We are not responsible for orders seized or held by customs due to import restrictions.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history
- Contacting our customer service team with your order number
Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after you receive your shipping confirmation. It typically takes 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Tracking Updates
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may include:
- When your package is picked up
- When it arrives at and departs from sorting facilities
- When it's out for delivery
- When it has been delivered
If your tracking information hasn't updated in 48 hours, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling the delivery or picking up the package from a local facility. Most carriers will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or process a claim for damages.
To process a claim for a damaged package, we may require:
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged items
- A description of the damage
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or missing item in your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue by sending the correct items or providing a refund as appropriate.
Address Changes
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
